It's been lovely to see so many of our clients again returning to have their hair done under the new restrictions and conditions. These are in place to ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of our clients and our salon team members. We respectfully ask that our guests comply with these procedures while you are with us, and we will do our very best to make your visit as relaxed and enjoyable as possible.
Effective 24 September, we are fully compliant with the new NHS Track & Trace system. Please download the App on your phone before you arrive
We have staggered appointment times and allowed extra space between each work station and backwashes
Our stylists will wear appropriate PPE
In order to maintain social-distancing rules, there is no waiting area in our salon. Please arrive promptly for your appointment and wait to be called into the salon.
Please bring your own face covering or mask to wear for the duration of your appointment. If you arrive without one, we are able to supply a single use mask.
There is no separate area for coats and bags. If you bring them in, you need to place them in a plastic bag and keep them with you at all times.
We are not able to provide refreshments at this time, however you may wish to bring in your own flask or bottle, especially for longer appointments. Please note, we will not be able to dispose of any refreshments waste, you will need to take it with you when you leave.
We are not able to provide magazines at this time. If you choose to bring your own these must remain on your person at all times.
We are not offering dry trims. Please wash your hair immediately before your appointment unless you have booked a “Shampoo” or “Trim & Finish” in salon.
We are able to accept payment by card or by cash, but prefer contactless card payment if possible
Please book future appointments before you leave, otherwise you will need to book by phone as we are not able to accept any 'walk-in' bookings
Finally, we are pleased to let you know that we have updated our salon system. From now on, we will be sending clients email and text confirmations with appointment date, time, stylist and price of the service you have booked.
